Here are some of the questions our HOA gets most frequently... and our best answers.

How do I let guests, fiends, vendors, delivery services, and all others without a Heritage RFID tag, visit me?    Use the GateAcces.net APP. Log On; list them for the timeframe you desire, direct them to 661 New Heritage St (the main Guardhouse), the VetSec attendant will permit entry of authorized visitors. You can list the main gate address on delivery instructions on Amazon and other on-line retailers.

Can Uber/Lyft/other taxi or rideshares use the west side gate to pick me up.   No. See answer above. ALL visitors must be listed on GateAccess and enter via the main gate. Uber/Lyft other ride share and taxis, must be told to enter via 661 New Heritage St.

How do I report an issue or problem that I see in the community.  The easiest way is to use TextTrusty, 844-387-8785. Take a photo and give a precise location, so the vendor can be directed to the correct spot for repairs. Start with “Service Request” and TextTrusty will ask you questions about your submission.

Can I park my car on the street.   You should park your cars in your garage, then driveway, and only if needed, the street in front of your home for 72 hours maximum.

Why can’t I have an in-ground flagpole in my front yard?   COH ordinance prohibits inground flagpole in front yards.  This was born out of safety concerns. Furthermore, Cadence CC&Rs and Heritage CC&Rs also prohibit them. A flagpole attached to your home < 8 ft and no part > 4 ft overhang may be mounted. Freestanding flagpole < 20 ft tall and >10 ft from any property line are permitted in rear yard.

 Do I have to submit an ARC request for minor changes to my landscape.   Yes. ANY modification requires an ARC. Replacing plants in kind does NOT necessitate an ARC. Remember two (2) trees in every front yard of single family homes (Duets an Courtyards exempt)

 Why can’t I bring my grandchildren to swim at the pool when I want?   Ref. The Club at Heritage Rules and Regulations, Amended June 1, 2023.  Children four (4) thru eighteen (18) years of age are allowed to use pools during designated hours only. Currently 2 PM – 3 PM indoor pool, 3 PM – 4 PM outdoor. The host resident must check in with them, and they must wear their Minor Guest Wristband while at the pools. A maximum two (2) minors and two (2) adult supervisors at a time per household permitted at the indoor and outdoor pools during the designated minors hours.

Can my grandkids use the spa?  Children must be 14 years of age or older to use the spa, even with their adult supervisor.

I’d like to have my grandkids visited for an extended period, what are the limits?  Re: Heritage at Cadence, 55+ Age Restriction Policy  Persons under the age of 19 may temporarily reside in the Community as guests for a maximum total period of 90 days in any 12 consecutive month period, providing that there is an age qualified person also occupying the dwelling unit during all such period(s).

Can my guests use the Clubhouse Amenities without me?  No. Ref: The Club at Heritage Rules and Regulations, Amended by the Board of Directors on June 1,2023

Guest Policy   Guests must be accompanied by the Host Resident at time of check-in. Guests are given a waterproof wristband at check-in that must be worn at all times when using thefacility. Guests may only use the facilities during staffed operating hours.

A Guest Release and Waiver Form completed by the Host Resident is required and isavailable at the Front Desk of The Club.

Does the Guest Policy apply to outdoor amenities like Pickleball, Bocce, etc.  Yes.  Authorized Club users may bring up to (2) two Guests at a time per household to The Clubunless otherwise granted permission in advance by the Lifestyle Director/Clubhouse Manager with the approval of the Community Manager.  Ten (10) complimentary day-use passes are provided annually (calendar year) perhousehold. Additional daily and/or weekly use Guest passes are available for purchasefor $5 per day or $30 per week for seven (7).

What are the playing hours for Pickleball, Tennis, Bocce, Dog Park usage, etc.  From 7 AM to 10 PM. Quiet hours start at 10 PM to 7 AM.

 What is the cypher code for the dog park?  See the Heritage Club Front Desk. The cypher locks are temporarily disabled. No code is needed.

When do I put out my trash bins?  Republic Services currently picks up trash and recycling on Mondays. Trash/recycling containers (and excess trash bags on bulk pickup weeks) may be placed by the curb for pick up the day before scheduled pickup and must be removed from the curb and placed behind the gate or inside of the garage no later than the next morning after pickup.

 Can I ride my bike or eBike thru the Main Resident Gate?   No. The resident gates; both main and west side are designed solely for motorized vehicles. A cyclist could be injured. Take your bike thru the pedestrian gate or check in with the security attendant in the visitor lane: name and address will get you thru. Cyclists riding thru the barrier arms are treated as trespassers.

 May I throw personal trash in the Clubhouse Dumpster?  No. The Clubhouse dumpsters are intended for Clubhouse generated refuge only. If you’re hosting an event at the Clubhouse, the trash generated may be thrown in the dumpster. Open the gates and place the garbage IN the bin.
